About Us

Founded in 2014, MonetaGo creates proprietary digital platforms for global institutions to address critical needs and unlock the value of disparate information spread across multiple organizations and data silos.

MonetaGo is an international company headquartered in New York with employees in Singapore, India, Japan, Australia, and the UK. Operating at the cutting edge of emerging technologies, MonetaGo is constantly pushing the boundaries to solve problems previously unsolvable, making it a dynamic and challenging environment where the best minds can thrive. MonetaGo prides itself on building a positive culture providing flexibility and work/life balance, equal opportunities, and investing in people to produce the highest quality results possible for its clients and its employees.

As Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of senior management, engineering, strategy, sales, and communications to manage MonetaGo’s Mercury platform for digital workflows. A successful candidate must be energized by launching innovative solutions, building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and optimizing team processes.

You will conduct market research to assess new opportunities for workflow solutions and take these opportunities through the product lifecycle from initial proof of concept to production-ready system. Through sales meetings, demos, and user interviews, you will hone an understanding of the end-user to deliver a product that best meets their needs.

You will work closely with a range of stakeholders, from sales to engineering, communicating effectively to ensure strong product understanding across the organization. You will be a key subject matter expert in the product, present insights to management that will inform the company’s strategy, and engage with customers throughout the sales and onboarding process.

You will also need to provide project management and oversight for implementing products in new markets, ensuring that deliverables are tracked, and project risks are identified, helping the team deliver on projects in the committed timeframes successfully
